it’s a lot to digest -

so here’s what fresh, wild, and in season really mean

fresh. wild.

in-season.

Our season for fresh, wild salmon in the Puget Sound is August and September. Salmon migrate during these months from the ocean to local rivers, making it optimal for sustainable fishing practices. We are committed to providing the best, and whether it’s fresh or flash frozen portions and fillets, it will always be wild and sustainable.

Did you know?

If you find “fresh” salmon in the grocery store during the winter months, it’s either farmed Atlantic salmon or has been previously frozen and refreshed.

To ensure maximum freshness our fish are hand filleted, flash frozen, ice glazed and vacuum sealed immediately after we catch them. It’s the closest thing to fresh off the boat.
