Carefully harvested by us from the wild waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska in June and July. Each fish is hand-picked, bled, floated and chilled in ice water immediately after harvest to preserve their salty freshness. Our small Sockeye harvest is custom processed by a small facility in Naknek, Alaska hand-filleted, deboned, glazed, flash frozen and vacuum packed.
Fillets average 1.5 lb, feeding about three people each. Portions average 6 oz and are perfect for one person.
