Our King are carefully harvested by from the wild waters of Bellingham and Samish Bay, Washington. Each fish is hand-picked, vertically bled, gutted, cleaned, floated and chilled in ice water immediately after harvest to preserve their salty freshness.
Our fresh fish is dressed - head on, guts out, so you get to enjoy the process of filleting without the mess.

Pre-Order Deposit
Reserve a lb to reserve a salmon! Each lb that you reserve represents a one salmon, aka if you want two reserve two lbs, three lbs is three fish, etc. The deposit is applied towards the total of your fish. This deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable.
Pick-Up + Season Info
Fresh, dressed* King are available for pick up Wednesday mornings from 8 am - 10 am off of our boat and at Dockside Market Saturday mornings from 10 am - 2 pm. Our season typically runs from mid-August to mid-September.
Each fish will be individually weighed at pick up and your deposit will be deducted from the total.
Wednesday, 8 am - 10 am: F/V Sandy Lee, Squalicum Harbor, Gate 5
Saturday, 10 am - 2 pm: Dockside Market, Squalicum Harbor, Gate 7
*Dressed fish have been gutted, gilled and viscera removed.
